I used to go to the Nationwide Vision on McKemy in Chandler but we moved.
I had a full contact and eye glass exam recently this location.
The front desk receptionist (older blonde woman - her name might have been Debbie) was very confused and couldn't find me in the computer. I told her that I had been in just a few months ago and she couldn't seem to find me in the computer and told me that 'I hadn't been in since 2008'. She made me fill out 4 pages of paperwork again (which was very annoying since I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome).
When Leslie called me back into the preliminary exam room, she was just as pleasant and helpful as last time. She mentioned some information about a medication that I take that was on the computer. I told her how the receptionist failed to locate me in the same computer system and made me fill out all of my paperwork again. (She seemed to already be aware of the other woman's short=comings). She was an excellent Eye Care Assistant ( I am not sure of her actual title). She would explain each test as she did them on me. She was clear and pleasant when explaining the form that I needed to sign and that there was an extra charge for one of the tests.
After I browsed the lenses in the waiting area with my dialted pupils, Dr. Jasdeep Sidhu called my name. She was pleasant and explained things to me without the usual "superior I am a doctor attitude". She gave my 2 prescriptions to Brant (I believe that was his name) and he was very helpful in helping me pick out 2 pairs of glasses.
My new contacts are very comfortable and I can see great! The nerdy style glasses are just what I wanted and my 2nd pair were Ralph Lauren, very stylish.
