  • Charged me for a suspension inspection and didn't seem to actually do it because I got by breaks done 1 week later and the shock I suspected was being a problem in fact was. I paid for extended warranty through pep boys but can't take advantage off it because of this. I'm not up for leaving my car for another whole day for service that isn't actually done. And the shock I mention I visually saw myself, and it was pointed out by a trusted friend. Very disappointed because these guys are usually very nice. But my trust and patience is gone now.
