  • I'm only giving 1 stars for 2 reasons because they have great customer service otherwise. I went there because I was tired of east side shops. This was worse. The tech couldn't speak English or understand me. Terrible, terrible woman named Kim was rough & kept talking about me in another language (person verified this) & guy talked me into shellac nails that chipped the next day. Kim was really rough & rude on 2 occasions - I finally said I didn't want her anymore & will not ever return to that shop.
