  • I love the woman who cuts my hair. I love the concept. I only like the experience because if it's management. What is the concept? A full spa for men. A masculine form of pampering. Attractive women sashaying about and a male clientele. Haircuts, shaved, facials, massages, pedicures and manicures are all on the menu and while you are enjoying these you can enjoy a complimentary beer and have your shoes shined. The woman who cuts my hair is very pleasant and does a really good job. She even trims my eyebrows while she is at it. The woman who gives me my massage is very good, a real pro. And the woman who provides the facial does s good job and is really funny to boot. So, why only three stars? Management. They have screwed up my account for three years (I prepay a volume commitment of services to get a discount). And now I find that the commitments the general manager made to get me to renew last year will not be kept costing me potentially several hundred dollars in lost services! Needless to say I will not be renewing and probably will not be going there after next month. Too bad.
