  • Can I give this place no stars? The location is good but the buildings are old and there are RATS climbing thru the walls and scratching to get thru the air filters!!! Also, we have a chain smoker below us and the cigarette smoke comes right thru the walls and makes our place smell like smoke. Office help is No help. Low class living at The Highlands, can't wait to move out.
