On my trip from AZ to CA and back...this is the first time i didn't return the car within 24 hours. I would have given 5 stars because I have always been happy with the customer service and super friendly employees at the south central phoenix location but my last experience cost me an unexpected $200. It was the fault of an employee in Fairfield CA that told me it would be cheaper to drop my car off instead of keeping the car for a few days while I was visiting in California. Thank God Fairfield CA enterprise waived my drop off fee for taking another car back to Arizona. Which that drop off fee would have been $400 from CA back to AZ. Because AZ enterprise's transaction already went through while i was visiting CA I'm out $200. I'm not sure if AZ enterprise will reimburse me that $200 drop off fee. Going to talk to accounting department and management and see if they will. Fault of an un experienced employee cost me.
