I use ride sharing quite a lot when I travel within USA and Canada. There are many services out there. Most of them are really good.
I tend to shy away from publishing about a bad service or product however since Kanga Ride they suppose to be in business to help people they are certainly doing an awful business about going this direction.
It is not the drivers that doing this, is the management.
Terrible attitude and they are not shy about it. The hard part is that they are not willing to change it.
They dictate rules and play GOD in the way of doing it. I waited a year to see if any changes would happen certainly since a lot of people complained. On the contrary, the same things are happening all the time.
Do not believe me, call their office and speak to management. Please give me a feedback. I wish this thing be dealt with. a viable alternative is a nice company called Ride Sharing is very nice and courteous I will use their services for long time.
