I ordered a file cabinet on-line for a "site-to-store" delivery.
I have a Fed Ex signature from 12/20, but the store says it is not there.
I called cust. support and they say it is there, and that they just have not signed it in, and I have to go there and force them to look for it.....really????
I called the store and could not find anyone to help me track this down, just got someone who could barely hold a conversation and hung up on me...nice.....
If I go there and cannot pick it up...I will cancel the order.
Don't make the same mistake I did...forget about ordering on-line from Walmart!
Update. So I go to pick it up. I was told it wasn't there. I challenge her w the fed ex signature. She walks....ever so slowly....to the back warehouse...and back to the front warehouse chit chatting w a friend....15 minutes...tick tock. And still says it's not there...I poke my nose in the room and see a flat heavy looking box and say "what is that"...oh my...it's my file cabinet!
Never never never again will I do this.
