  • Let me start off by saying that if I could do negative stars... I would do so in a heartbeat. I wish I would have listened to the reviews before I decided to move here. When we first came in and toured the property it was all great, until we encountered William pressuring us to sign lease then and there. Uh, no. We still need to view all the other apartments we had made appointments with that day. So we did end up coming back here to move in. We move in, we see the appliances are old but we figured why not. Let's give this a try. Keep in mind we are two lovebirds who were just excited to make their home. I was working nights, sleeping during the day or at least trying to. The walls are SO thin. You can hear every step, every shower, every flush from your neighbors. Like come on! And I specifically would ask maintenance to come after a certain time during the day to fix something, and they would show up bright and early. Like whoa, I was working nights. Don't bang on my door at 8am. Chill. They don't have assigned parking so when I would get home in the middle of the night, I had to walk to my apartment after having to park waaaay too far. Hello, I'm a 22 year old girl. Where's the safety in that? It doesn't take long to assign parking. My neighbors upstairs are so damn loud. As I'm writing this review, they're jumping up or down or whatever. July 2-3 our fridge broke down; I called their emergency line to get it fixed because I had food! I had just gone grocery shopping. Wanna know what they told me? Your fridge not working is NOT CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY. So they did nothing for two days. Finally one of the maintenance guys made sure we got a brand new fridge. But William and the staff in the front could have cared less and were just rude. As if we caused the inconvenience. Also, people are cheap and don't pay the deposit for a key to get in. So there's always a long ass line to simply enter the apartments. I have had to physically get off my car, walk all the way up there to put my key to the machine and open the gate. Like WHY DO I HAVE TO DO THAT TO GET INSIDE WHERE I LIVE. And because the line gets so long, people will go in through the exit!! Once I almost got hit by a car as I was trying to exit, the car sped up through the exit almost hitting me. If I hadn't slammed my breaks I would have crashed. The office has yet to address the issue. The pools are over crowded and their security lets people drink and smoke in the pool area around the children. They will just hang out there with them. So we finally decided that enough is enough, and we move out halfway in November. We have to pay a $1000 to move out!!!!!!!! Like we have to pay a fee for all the things THEY DO WRONG. Isn't that insane? Which brings me to tell you, before you move in.. please consider everything I've told you. Make sure this is your last resort because once you're here, it's hell. And to get out of hell.. you'll have to pay. I do not recommend. I really do wanna give a shout out to the guy in maintenance who has been amazing, goes above and beyond. He's deaf and I can't remember his name. But he's amazing. He made sure we got a fridge and goes in and out when fixing stuff. Only good person here. Counting the days until I can leave. And I swear, I better not get any extra fees or overcharged cause Lord have mercy.
