Came in for a car wash and cleaning, including leather seats. A bit of a communication breakdown on the ticket taker part as far as my expectations were for the interior. Spoke with a really great manager who was able to make it happen. Great respect for the customer, but over all cleaning was too hurried. All associates are very friendly, courteous and aim to please. Make sure you tell the ticket taker at the beginning... Exactly your expectations, area by area that you want cleaned and how you want it done. Go over the car cleaning part before it goes to the detail bay to make sure everything was done, which I don't think you should have to but your going to want to. I think the detail bay is stuck correcting what the vacuum people and cleaning people hurried through. I learned interiors are only vacuumed and dusted... Not cleaned and dressed. I was told that's the $80 package. They always have deals or promos, so go online and combine that with whatever "deal" the ticket taker offers you.
