This company sent me a "lottery" ticket in the mail. The tickets are obviously made to all be winners. But the back shows all these amazing prizes. Note that the ticket does not identify the company, you simply call after you "win".
So I find out they want to come out to my house and show me their water filters. In exchange for trying their product I will get a prize. Of course... they never actually made it out.
Their schedule is horrific as they will only come out late at night. So after scheduling me for a very inconvenient time, they cancelled and rescheduled on me THREE times!
I rescheduled a fourth and a fifth time, and they didn't even bother to show up. No phone call, just ghosted me.
Nimbus obviously has terrible customer service. Either that or they do not want to make good on the offered prizes.
Either way, I will make sure I tell people how awful they are. Congratulations Nimbus! I had never even heard of you before this. But because of your self promotion, I know all about how terrible your company's service really is. And now I just want to share that with everyone!
