| - Ok, I have to address the hellish experience that they call "booking online".
Preface: I'm a young montréalaise who always has her phone in hand, so I love when I can do things directly from my phone.
Trying to navigate their mobile site is impossible! I was bumped from one place to another and it kept bugging! But hey, I'm not that mean. It's not always easy to keep up with mobile technology. So, I head to my laptop. It's better. I can always book online with very few problems. But the first time I booked, I couldn't believe how impossible it was to find which stop is the one closest to me. I had to guess and check every single one of them! Anyways, after figuring out which were my stops the first time, the next times I tried to book a ticket (ON MY LAPTOP) were a breeze.
Now, you must be wondering, if she's being so negative, why is she giving it 4 stars??
Here's why: when i finally got to the bus station (an hour early), the staff was so nice! The bus that was supposed to leave before mine was basically empty, so the driver invited all the people who were supposed to take my bus to take that one! (We were about 8.)
The buses are also very comfortable. I love the feet rest and the reclinable chairs! (See my megabus review for a comparison.)
I've taken the greyhound 4-5 times in the past 3 months and the drivers have always been very friendly and the ride has always been smooth.
So bad online experience, but great experience in person!
