  • I successfully complete the challenge (well part 1 as you have to maintain he weight for 10days to obtain a refund) this morning and I for one enjoyed my trainers and the people I've met during this program. As for Heroic Fitness I would have to say that there is lots of room for improvement including but not limited to disclosure of the amount of time a person will need to be available for the initial weigh in ( this process takes hours & most people including myself don't have hours to sit and listen to repetitive information especially considering that Heroic already has your money), the advertisement says FREE 20lb in 6 weeks this is NOT TRUE there are a ton of things you must do including submitting $500 non refundable if you don't drop the weight and keep it off for 10days, being organized (this place and professes are extremely unorganized, the mealplan not being person specific (everyone metabolic rate, BMI, lifestyle, is different), the communication from the owner when needing answers, etc.. I can go on for days but I won't. I for one had to go above and beyond the FTDI ( Follow The Damn Instructions) bible and workouts (30 required) to make weight. I actually did 34 classes and took several other cardio and HIIT classes at the Y and worked out every weekend (7 days a week) and I still ended up on the Emergency plan which is only suppose to happen in my understanding when you are NOT FTDI. I didn't even produce enough milk this last week to feed my son due to me using this plan which was very limited to the extreme in my opinion. Thank God for pumped back up milk. This program is AMAZING if one is overweight and has more that 20lbs to loose, or is male period (yes men in general because the testosterone allow their body to drop weight at an exceptional rate), a person who is not active already and don't eat right ( their body will be shocked and the weight will drop like water if they FTDI), a person who need support and motivation to workout and get through with others who also fall under one of the above mentioned categories. There is a future for this company they just really need to be more clear in advertising and much much much more organized which leads to a more professional process. My trainers who I adore was Regina and Kim without them I don't know how I would've kept pushing. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 9But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 10 That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. This sums up the completion of this challenge for me, I am so GRATEFUL to GOD as he is the SOURCE of my STRENGTH. #FinishedSTRONG
