  • One of our units went out and it was one more thing added on top of the stress we already had while planning for our wedding. I called Dean an Olympic and he was very professional, he answered all my questions professionally and treated me with respect even though I can tell that I was flustered. I called around and everywhere I called.. the treatment was poor. Dean came out to my house on his day off and helped us.. never once did he showed any attitude or spite for coming out on his day off.. he educated us about how to take care of our units and explained everything in a manner in which we're able to understand. He explained the charges and went over everything clearly, no games or gimmicks. I would DEFINITELY recommend working with him or Olympic!! They definitely have my business. Side note: BRONCO NATION!!
