  • Went to Buchanan today to rent a guitar for my sons high school music classes. The gentleman that helped us was, well, awful. It really felt like we were bothering him. I have never felt so unwelcome in a business. Never acknowledged that we were there. I had to ask for his help. He got the guitar in a case. Put it on the counter. Gave me a form to fill out and sat back down. Never opened the case, never explained the rental terms. Never said thank you. It will go back before the month is up. I would rather purchase a new guitar than give them any more of my money. What a shame. Even worse they had a few items I would like to have purchased but I was so uncomfortable I decided to just finish quickly and leave.
