| - I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but our wait really hurt the experience. First, it is a little confusing to know what to do when you enter. It isn't immediately apparent where you can go to order food. No problem, just go straight past the shelves of wine until you see a register. Ordering is quick and easy and the cashier was great.
My parents ordered just before my wife and I. All of us got a toasted sandwich of some sort, but my wife and I got paninis, which apparently take a while. In fact, people that sat down 5 minutes after us got their food first. My parents were done eating before we got our food, and we ordered right behind them. I understand a short delay, but this was pretty extreme.
The food, however, was amazing. One of the best paninis I've had. The ingredients were great, and I'd more than happily have it again... just don't make me wait for it.
