  • I received the best customer service from Tracy here. I came by to check out a ring and a watch I've been eyeing for ages because they only sell fine jewelry in three west coast locations (unfortunately, san francisco is not one of them). She was really sweet and took out all of the rings I wanted as well as the watch, she went to the back and got my size of everything, sat me down and let me try everything on! I wanted everything! She wrote everything down for me, even my ring size. She truly made me feel like a princess, I really appreciated the service I wish I could've taken everything home with me. What a dream!
