  • Here are my expectations for a good ramen place. Just like when I was in Japan, I want the ramen to taste good especially the broth. I'm a fan of tonkotsu so I want the milky white broth to taste good. The prices have to be reasonable and the ramen needs to arrive quickly after I place my order. Of course, cleanliness is a given. Monta Ramen meets my criteria. The taste is comparable to those I had in Japan. Their tonkotsu is very good. The prices are reasonable and service is quick. When I worked on the Las Vegas Strip, this was one of my favorite stops during lunch or after work. I highly recommend this place.
