  • I would give this place and its staff a NEGATIVE 10 if possible. Consistently POOR SERVICE. STEALING YOUR MONEY GOING HERE. Apparently even if they do a shitty job your still expected to tip. If you don't the secret language is BIRDIE. Why is their no attention to detail? Why do I have to ask for the simplest things to be done even with paying for VIP. Water spots under mirrors, bird poop still, inside wiped down poorly. Why must I ask for what I paid for to be done? I regret coming here and i hope others will stop coming here. Go somewhere where people care.
