  • I would give zero stars if I could. Before you buy from Rahal STOP then take the 30-40 minute ride to Sewickley BMW and compare. It was worth every minute for us, we ended up savings thousands, NO I'm not exaggerating, thousands without any hassle on a brand new vehicle. I will not ever waste another minute at Rahal for anything. Go to Rahal ask them for their best offer then go to Sewickley and be ready to be happy and angry at the same time. We're very happy that we got a great deal at Sewickley BMW but it was extremely disappointing realizing how someone could try to rip you off while looking you in the eye. Shame on Rahal, these people are the perfect example on why a lot of people don't trust car dealers. No wonder they were able to build that new complex, their customers paid for it. Unfortunately, I was one of those who donated to that complex since this was my 3rd BMW with my first 2 being purchased from the old Rahal location but never again. They may have ripped me on my first 2, don't let them rip you on your next BMW purchase. Be patient and take the ride.
