Scam salesmanship, lots of number fudging, price obfuscation, and actual lies. I expect a responsible sales rep. to respect a customer's decision to not go through with a purchase. When I saw the final numbers, I refused the purchase and asked for a refund on my deposit. Instead of giving me back my money they kept going back and grabbing a new rep and continued to try to seal the deal. They also cursed and accused me of wasting their time; the time they spent doing their job... They wasted MY time; 4.5 hours of it AND I had to come back the next day to get my refund. There was an agreed upon price, but when it came time to sign the papers the sales price was different. I asked about the discrepancy and was told, "That number has nothing to do with what you're paying for the car." In the end that amount WAS the amount they planned on charging me. It was this combine with a reconditioning fee that was never brought up before signing and other miscellaneous fees that tacked on nearly an additional $8,000 to the original agreed upon price. None of which was disclosed to me prior to signing. Needless to say they did not and will never get my business.
