  • The Short Review: Lack-luster service, average gourmet style ice cream. If you want to take your family here you'll probably need to take out a home equity loan. Disappointing in every way. The main appeal is supposed to be the ice cream making process...but except for dry ice smoke coming from counter you can't see anything. Employees are stressed and add no value to what is supposed to be an experience. By the time you get your order you probably will have seen at least one season change. Very expensive for what you get. Don't bother! ***Sweet Republic is a much better quality, value and experience. Highly recommended!
