We were a party of 4 dining at Cleo on a busy Friday evening on Valentine's weekend. We ordered about a dozen plates to share, along with a bottle of Spanish red wine. The bill came to $298 after tax and tip. Shockingly, I discovered that we were even charged for water, which was poured from an already-opened bottle and tasted like the Vegas tap water. The biggest hits at our table seemed to be the lamb dishes, the freshly baked flat bread, and the wine. I enjoyed my meal immensely, and the service was friendly, talkative and very responsive. However, I wouldn't recommend Cleo and I doubt I would go back because of the steep price. Everything we ordered on the menu was wonderful, it was just overpriced--even for the Vegas strip.
