  • I'm so so so disappointed in Park MGM and it's super unfortunate that we have to stay here for another 4 nights. First of all, it's my boyfriend and sister's first time in Vegas for EDC and I regret booking this hotel 100%. The staff was friendly but there clearly are miscommunications here because no one wanted to inform us that we should add the parking daily into our reservation, until the guard at the parking deck told us. We are given the "remodeled room" but it definitely looks like it still needs some remodeling. Be careful because even though this is a nice fancy hotel on the main strip, THERE'S NO MINI FRIDGE OFFERED. We had bought ice packs to freeze/keep cool! Oh the liquor we purchased is now sitting in our version of a cooler(ice in the sink). How sad. It's super devastating that we spent so much money on the reservation when, to be honest, we could've booked at another hotel for the same price! Mind you we booked the rsvp months in advance! I will NEVER recommend PARK MGM to my family or friends. This is not our last time in Vegas, but DEFINITELY our last time staying at Park MGM.
