  • I cannot believe the lack of customer service and help in this place. Not to mention the lack of character and attitude the owner has. The owner is frequently present when I shop here and she is absolutely awful. The employees must go through the same training she did or they are her family because they never smile, say hello, or ask if I need help! I have 5 children and I depend on bargains, so when I go here I usually have stacks of clothes I'm purchasing. Not once has anyone ever asked if they could help, if I needed a dressing room, or if they could take the things so my hands weren't full. I really hate shopping here but there is no other choice that is as close. When you are a retail store and purchasing from the public, I would think you would be as decent and as kind of a human as possible, for many reasons. Among them being, you want your community to want to bring you their good stuff and you want them to want to come there because stores like these are a dime a dozen and your customers can choose where they want to sell. I could mention lots of other negative things about the staff but it may not be their fault. They probably get their training from the Ice Queen. Unfortunately there's not but one Resale Shop in this immediate area. I assure you if there was, this horrid place would close. I believe the owner knows this too, it shows in her unpleasant demeanor and very cold presence. She takes advantage of hard working members of this community and sleeps well with the fact that she's taking their money and living high. I'm a hard working community Member myself and work in an Executive Level capacity, as does my Husband. I could shop at Macy's and Nordstrom's if I pleased, but I will not pay full price for Teenagers clothing that they are going to outgrow. The ONLY of Two reasons I keep going back. If you can, shop Resale somewhere else and if you happen to find yourself in this place, tell the Ice Queen to smile life isn't that bad.
