  • Pros: Location is great, rooms are mostly clean and fine, comfortable bed. Cons: Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is very young and inexperienced. They don't seem like they care about keeping you happy or having you return. No late checkouts granted though they won't admit having a policy against it. The $25 valet parking is presented as your only option as soon as you arrive and you can't park yourself in their garage. Fine, that's not that expensive but at least make me feel like I have a choice in the matter and you're not just separating me from my money. You could stay here I guess but if you want to be treated well, go elsewhere.
