We got here for a late lunch, paid lunch prices and was told it would roll over to the dinner menu. Score!
The highlight of the meal was the bone marrow and warm crab legs. The rest of the meal along with the dessert were really uneventful. Sounds like years ago, this place was popping with great chefs. This time around, it's really just an expensive meal to pay for mediocre food. Nothing bad, but also nothing great to write about.
I always put a spoonful size of what looks enticing on my plate before going for seconds and filling my plate with a mountain full of food. That way, if I don't like it, at least I only took a small piece that I would have already eaten. Just my take on buffets.
The freshly baked cookies and gelato was okay, but we've definitely had better at other buffets. My girlfriends weren't too impressed with the macaroons and the little pretty desserts was just alright.
Take the review for what it's worth, but my favorite buffet so far is Studio B buffet at the M Hotel in Henderson.
