Went in the other night. First off the server was great. Kudos to him but....we had a coupon for two for one entree. He cheerfully accepted. I ordered Philly cheesesteak. On the menu it says it comes with dipping sauce. Au jus like a french dip. I ordered it because of this being offered. When it arrived it didn't have the sauce. I asked the guy who brought my food (diff guy) and he brought me sauce in such a small cup that there is no way I could ever get the sandwich or any part of it in there. So the server brought me a bigger bowl (not more sauce btw). So now I have this huge bowl with almost no sauce. About 7/8 the way through my sandwich I ran out of sauce and asked for more. At that point he brought about a quart of it out...totally useless at this point because I was almost done. On a separate note the meal came with a choice of side...in which I picked chicken noodle soup. Now this was weird. It was like they were at the bottom of the soup for the night....I got some broth with some spaghetti noodles on top and some diced chicken that had not even been in the soup yet. The chicken was just sitting on top. Strangest thing I've ever seen. Would've rather had the fries. Chicken was terribly dry as well. On to my dining companion. She ordered the burger. He asked how she wanted it...she said med rare. She cut it open in front on him and he agreed it wasn't anywhere near med rare...it was charred...so back to the kitchen. The next one that came out wasn't close either. She had one bite....ate the fries and called it good. She went home hungry. We also had to ask for napkins and flatware also....even after the food arrived. They never noticed we didn't have any. I ordered two drinks. The server bought one of them for our inconvenience because he knew what happened but the burger was on the coupon so we were out $40 and the wife didn't eat. Not a good night. We live about 20 ft away and will not be back. Too bad. It sounds like this place has potential.
