  • I used to order from here all the time--probably twice a month for 3 years. The woman on the phone was smart and helpful and there was no language barrier when placing the order and seldom an error. And it was consistently decent. Sometimes even great. But you could count on decent. Then we found another delivery Chinese place we liked better. We've been ordering from there for the past year and a half. But last night we were craving Moo Shu and our other place doesn't have it so we called. My partner considers mushrooms to be the most vile and repulsive thing in the world and they are a complete deal breaker. He's a pretty mature and evolved guy, but the sight of one of the fungi in his meal will turn him into a screaming baby the likes of which I don't see unless I'm babysitting one of my toddler nieces. So we ordered 2 wonton soups, one without mushrooms. Two chicken Moo Shu's, again, one sans mushrooms. I even asked what veggies were in it, and specifically confirmed that there were no mushrooms in the dish. And she repeated the order back to me, "without mushrooms". Food arrived. Worst. Wonton. Soup. Ever. A disgrace. Broth like dirty dishwater (I added two mustard packs and a soy sauce and it still wasn't palatable). Wontons were mushy, dough balls. One had pork that fell out of its shell and floating about and the other had none. No greens of any kind--green onion, bok choy, etc. Also, no crispy noodles to put in. Moo Shu was littered with mushrooms. There were three veg: onion, cabbage, and mushroom. So literally, a third of it, was mushroom. The crepes, while plentiful, were also an embarrassment. They were so thin I could see through them and of the 8 I rolled up, not a single one didn't split open before it made it to my mouth. Never again.
