  • I love fine dining, I love a good steak, and I love impeccable service. I got all three here. It is VERY hard to choose a restaurant in Vegas when you have oh so many options. I was lucky to have the assistance of my fellow yelpers. Kitchen closes at 945 and we arrived at 950. They were so incredibly accommodating to us. One of the guys in our groups had a lot of questions about the quality of their steaks and etc and our waiter was very knowledgeable and patient with us. The food was just great. Our appetizers were amazing, especially the bone marrow flan. WOW. A must try. My husband and I ordered the American Wagyu filet, you don't need any extra add ons because it is out of this world. My friend got the Wagyu ribeye, which was also amazing. Drink menu was presented on an ipad, super cool :) My friend and I were celebrating our 30th birthdays so our waiter comped us our desserts and they wrote out happy 30th birthday on our plates, what a cute touch :) I realllly liked CUT, and would definitely recommend this to any one of my friends who are steak lovers!
