  • Our freezer, just 14 months old with a 12 month warranty, completely stopped cooling. We had a full season worth of hand-juiced citrus juices in there from our orchard. This was hundreds of ours of harvesting and juicing about to leak out all over the floor. I called the service department for the company we bought the freezer from and they said we'll call you tomorrow to let you know when we can get to you. No way that was going to work, I looked at Yelp for reviews and decided to try Del Tech Services. They got a technician (Aaron) out right away. He worked for 2 1/2 hours on it and got it running with a new thermostat. Unfortunately, some time during the night the new part failed and the freezer stopped again. I called Del Tech and they sent Aaron out again with another thermostat. He was able to replace the defective part quickly and the freezer has been working great ever since. No charge for the follow-up service and both Aaron and the owner called repeatedly to make sure it was still cooling properly. Our harvest was saved. They were clearly concerned for us and beyond responsive. The repair was priced fairly. I will only use Del Tech Services for my future appliance repair needs. Oh, by-the-way, the other company called back the next day and said they might be able to squeeze us in sometime during the next day or two. This was after both service calls by Aaron were complete and the freezer was working great. We told them to go away.
