  • Menchie's is a really great bargain dessert place -- bargain may connotate the idea of being "cheap" without flair, which is not true. It feels like a great time when you're choosing what flavors and giant scoops of toppings (Gummy Bears!) you're going to load into your dish. And it all feels very clean and proper, even with all the service they get with kids. The staff was very bouncy and amusing, which put me in a good mood -- but really, who can be in a bad mood scarfing down a giant gobful of chocolate and gummies?
