  • In Response to the owner, my review is NOT FAKE, and this just proves that even the business owner is a LIAR and can't be trusted. They have called me TWICE to inform me that I am due for a check-up and both times I explained the situation and told them I will no longer need their services. Since it was only a cleaning, you probably displaced the records because I told whoever called me over the phone that I'd never be back. And you did give free cleaning for first-time patients (at least me), unless I came in during a weekly or monthly special. You are just trying to SAVE FACE!! I don't write reviews unless the product/service is absolutely horrible or absolutely amazing. When it is amazing, I usually call the business directly to tell them so. I get great service at a restaurant, I call the next day to tell their boss. Get a life buddy and run an ethical dental practice. Want proof? I have the records to prove it :)
