  • So I just moved to GVR and everyone was like "the district" "the district" and to be honest I was expecting a bit more. For the size of the place I just didn't see anything too captivating. Alas, it's still probably the nicest place to hang out in the GVR area so it is what it is. There is a nice Coffee Bean there. There is some common area outdoor seating that is quite comfortable. There is a movie theater but unfortunately they still have old uncomfortable seating. I'm sure i'll be here from time to time. Maybe it'll grow on me a bit.
