  • We bought our Home just over a year ago and have a Northland refrigerator that is approximately 15 years old. When it stopped cooling I called Elite Pro because of all the amazing reviews here. I scheduled an appointment and Ron was able to come the next day. He gave me a cost break down of how much it would cost to order and repair as well as a plan B of a bandaid solution. I felt that this is very genuine and honest and appreciate this type of honest customer service. He is so knowledgeable and was able to tell me so much info about all the appliances in our kitchen. I will absolutely use Elite Pro again and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Ron is real deal- he knows his stuff. Thank you! A ++++
