The first time I had to use my home warranty it was a bit confusing because the service provider that contacted me was a different name than who HSA was supposed to contact me. After a lengthy conversation of who was who was figured out, I was able to get my repair made quickly and efficiently. I also had to make several other appointments for repairs through HSA since we had the misfortune of having a lot problems with our appliances, but it was very simple to file online, get a service tech out to my house to make the repair. It was very helpful to have the home warranty in our first year of owning our new home. We wished certain things were covered but I suppose it can't cover everything. Highly recommend.
