  • Echo offered a patio outside so we sauntered in. The patio is a lively atmosphere with a comfy setup. We ordered drinks and burgers. The server Alissa didn't quite understand that a person can die of thirst in the desert. Water was in short supply! Drinks took forever... I give them 3 stars for atmosphere and the food but they loose a star for poor service.
