  • So, I read all of the reviews here before going into Pep Boys on Cactus for an oil change. I will admit to being a bit worried about the cost and the cleanliness of the store. Let me tell you, this place is great. Sure, it's an old strip mall, but who cares? Malcolm helped me out and even gave me a card for $20 off my oil change! That was a big deal for me. The store is a bit tattered around the edges, but clean and quick and everyone could not have been more helpful. Plus, my car is running SO much better. Thanks, Pep Boys. I'll be back.
