  • Do yourself a favor and go to sahara and fort apache, i went into this location, needing my passwords and change my phone number, i was told by the sales lady chontall (sorry on spelling) and the sales manager (didnt get name just saw sales manager on tag) that they couldnt give me passwords (that i understand security purposes) but they could update.. (they didnt do it right i guess) so caused bugger issues later. I was told to call customer service to change my number.... so i called, couldnt get anywhere cuz they didnt update right.. i went and saw raul at sahara and fort. Him and manager maggie, updated everything (the right way) and changed my number all in shop.. WOW RAIBOW LOCATION GET IT TOGETHER.. TRAINING?
