I gave one star only because I cannot give 0. I went in for an injury along with symptoms indicating the possibility of a blood clot. A provider by the name of Derrick Brown (as told to me by the staff) presented himself and as I was explaining my reason for being there, he quickly cut me off and stated "what do you want me to do about it", with a smirk on his face. Needless to say, I told him that I had clearly went to the wrong place and should be at a real hospital. I then went to Banner where they provided appropriate care. I will never entrust Dignity Health with my life again. I have worked in healthcare for over 9 years, and never have I come across such a rude, negligent Provider in my life..... FYI as follow up, i ended up with a DVT and 2 pulmonary embolisms as a result of the injury I was seeking treatment for. Had I not been persistent and went to seek further treatment, I probably would not be alive today. Thanks for nothing Dignity.
