  • Gecko was who 2-10 warranty sent out to diagnosis that my water heater was not repairable . He arrived at 3pm took pictures explained the process & left assuring me they would be in contact with 2-10 that day so I could wait 7-10 days to get a replacement. Noon the next day & called 2-10 they haven't heard from Gecko & me sending a copy of a written receipt diagnosis isn't good enough , gecko needs to call 2-10 . Several calls to Gecko with no answer . They never answer their phone . I'm at their mercy with a flooded garage .
