  • We have used this service several times and the last time was just a week ago when we had to come home from England five days early because of an emergency. We had prepaid and I know the rules; They don't refund unused days. So, I was very surprised when they gave us prepaid coupons for the five days. That was definitely more than I expected. They are really good people.
