  • Oh where do I begin.... When I toured the property, I thought it was great. Now that I live here, I think absolutely not. This property is going to crap fast. I have been here about a year and I have experienced rodents, Cock Roaches, pee all through the hallways and horrible parking. People use their garages for hoarding which is a beautiful site when you drive in and I am embarrassed to have visitors over because how filthy the hallway along with bugs and rats and the hoarders. Contacted staff on several occasions expressing my concerns and all they give is excuses. I would never rent from pinnacle again.....
