  • Highly disappointed by whoever runs this store. My friend and I walked in to purchase 3 suits. A younger gentleman Greeted us right away and started helping us. My friend is heavier set, the young man took his measurements and started to assist hin. At this point an older Caucasian lady stopped him and spoke to him in a rude tone in front of us. Basically insinuating he shouldn't further assist us. The young man then came up to us she said we can't help you and instructed us to go look for another store. The unfortunate part of this is that we were ready to pay top dollar to get the suits custom fitted for him. But they didn't didn't even bother. I don't know if this individual is the owner or manager but it was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. This could've been handled much different. I will never again step foot in any Men's Warehouse locations based on the foolish decision making of this lady at the Boca Park location. We kept our mouths shut, didn't complain and walked our. This lady needs to learn professionalism in regards to talking down to her employees in front of her customers and then turning us away the way she did was uncalled for.
