  • Love our shutters! Contrary to some of the other reviews, we can say we are very happy with our shutters. We feel they are a great value and are pleased we got them for our entire house. They were even installed 2 weeks ahead of schedule! Though we had some glitches in the beginning when finalizing the order, Ron (in sales) and Lynn (at the office) helped us feel we are truly dealing with a professional company. Some of the other reviews made us a little concerned as well, but Gary helped us out with our order and got it customized to our home. Their customer service has exceeded our expectations. Casey and Brandon (installers) were on time, very courteous, extremely hard working and true experts at what they do. We would order again from Best Buy Shutters!
