  • It's been great working with Simply Property Management. We are from California and depend on Simply Management to manage our 4plex property in Phoenix AZ. So far Greg and his team have met our expectations. I have no negative comments to share with others. They collect all rents, deduct expenses and provide a direct deposit on the reminder of the money. Working with Greg from CA has been a positive experience. We own more rental property here in CA so we know it's not a easy job managing property and Simple Property Management is doing it. If something changes in the future I will change my rating or comments according to how I feel, but right now I feel they deserve 5 stars from me.
