  • To begin with, I needed a storage container and called 5 different places. I was uncomfortable with the answers to the questions I had, as well as the basic script that they read to me about their pods/containers. I wasn't able to interject regarding any questions that I had. None of the places I called made me comfortable and continued to talk about how wonderful they were and why I should choose them. All they did was bash other companies. Their prices were ridiculous. The next call I made was HaulAway containers. The gentleman that answered the phone was Philly Baird. I told him what I needed and why. After the first few questions that I asked, I knew this was the place I was going to rent a container from. Philly didn't bash other companies or try to convince me that his company was the best. What he did do was show a genuine interest in my personal needs, and we discussed what would be best for what I needed. He was very patient and gave me the personal attention to ensure that he had answered all my questions. Lastly, the price was the best ever. No hidden costs or fees. Everything was included in the quote. Philly was so amazing that he personally came out to my property and measured the driveway to ensure that the container would fit my driveway, and I wouldn't have any concerns of meeting the requirements for the county regulations. I feel he went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied.The next morning at 8:00am bright and early, the container was delivered. The two gentlemen were amazing and made me feel at ease as they lowered the container on my property from their truck. They did an amazing job setting it up and showing me how to open, close, and lock the container. The professionalism of this company impressed me immensely. I would definitely recommend this company as number one in quality and customer satisfaction.
