| - If I could give a negative review for customer service and logic, I would. We were in for drinks last night and ordered a round of shots. After waiting for what felt like forever to be served, the server returned with the wrong shots. Since we were all unable to tell that they had poured the wrong liquor prior to taking the shot, we all drank the shot. After drinking the shot, we told the server that we were served something other than what we ordered.
When it came time to pay the bill, we noticed that we were still charged for the shot that was incorrectly served to us. When we inquired as to why we were being charged for something we didn't want, they said it was because we drank the shot. When we argued that we wouldn't have drank the shot if we would've known it wasn't what we ordered, we were told we were still being charged for the shot since we drank it.
The manager came over to discuss the situation and still wouldn't take the shots off our bill. Instead of arguing a mute point, we paid for our tab and decided to leave, disappointed, knowing that nothing was going to be done to resolve the issue. Again, if I could give a negative star rating, I would.
