  • I contacted Element Pools via Amazon Home Services to get a few tiles replaced that had fallen off of our pool wall. They called me early in the day to confirm the appointment and ask some additional questions about the status of the pool, etc, and he was even going to send me pictures of tile options from the store for me to select (but we ended up going a different route so it wasn't needed). Even though the tech was running (very) late for the original appointment, he kept in contact to let me know he was running late, estimated arrival, etc. Once they assessed the tile in person, they made sure I was clear on what was needed and what steps they were going to take, how long it would take, etc. We decided to do demo work that day and to do the actual tile replacement the following morning. It was late when they finally arrived, and he was more than happy to stay and do the work that evening, but I thought they may enjoy the benefit of some sunlight while working since the sun goes down pretty early here - and he was happy to fit me into his schedule the next day to complete the work. All in all, their service was amazing and the pool tiles look GREAT! I would definitely use them again if I need any future repairs. Very friendly and informative, and the work looks great!
