  • Ron Schuler was very helpful in my car buying process. He never tried to get me to buy anything I didn't want and answered all my questions. This is my first new car buying experience and I was really dreading it, but Ron made it a very pleasant experience. Additionally, I had bought some extended warranties and the dealership let me cancel them a couple days later - 100% refund without any sort of push-back whatsoever (props to that). Lastly, partly why I decided to go with this dealership was based on my experience at other dealerships. The neighboring Toyota dealership told me not to come back unless I was going to buy next time (it was my first time there - needless to say I did not come back). Everyone at Subaru treated me at as a human and did not give me any lame sales pitches or tried to swindle me - I would recommend this dealership :)
